Gloucestershire-based window and door systems house, The Residence Collection, is celebrating a major achievement after being shortlisted in five categories at the 2025 National Fenestration Awards – a recognition that highlights the company’s commitment to innovation, craftsmanship and customer-focused solutions in the industry.
Having previously won Timber Alternative Company of the Year multiple times, The Residence Collection is once again a finalist in this prestigious category. Its three renowned window systems – R9, R7 and R² – continue to set the standard for high-performance timber alternative systems that deliver traditional charm with modern efficiency. With a wide colour palette, bespoke hardware, and design versatility, these systems are tailored to suit a broad spectrum of property styles, from period homes to modern builds.

Adding to this innovation is the launch of The Residence Collection’s brand-new open-in door, a first of its kind in the timber-alternative space. This latest addition to the range offers consumers and installers even greater design flexibility without compromising on the classic aesthetics the brand is known for.
The Residence Collection is also a finalist for PVCu Systems Company of the Year and Systems Company of the Year, reflecting its strong reputation among fabricators and installers. These nominations recognise the brand’s continued product evolution, including the recent launch of a premium door range, which mirrors the same level of quality and design seen across its window systems. The expansion signals the company’s ambition to offer a complete solution for homeowners seeking high-end, low-maintenance alternatives to timber.
In the digital space, the brand has received nominations for Best Use of Video, thanks to its innovative content strategy showcasing product highlights, behind-the-scenes storytelling, and lifestyle-led campaigns under its newly updated umbrella campaign, My Windows, Doors & Me. These video efforts not only engage homeowners but also support trade professionals with shareable content designed to inspire and build confidence in the brand.
As part of this digital-first approach, The Residence Collection has seen significant growth across its social media platforms over the past six months. Highlights include over 2,860,000 impressions, combined video views of almost 925,000, an average engagement rate of 1.5%, almost 42,000 total engagements, and a follower growth of 700. These results demonstrate the power of The Residence Collection’s online presence in connecting with both consumers and the trade.

In addition, James Moon, a Brand Ambassador for The Residence Collection, has been nominated for Young Person of the Year. Since joining the business just over a year ago, James has stood out for his product expertise, relationship-building, and enthusiasm – earning votes from across the installer network.
Jo Trotman, Marketing Manager at The Residence Collection, commented: “We’re incredibly proud to be named finalists in five fantastic categories this year. It’s a real team effort – from product development and operations to our sales and marketing teams. James’s nomination is a real highlight for us and represents everything we stand for as a brand. We wish the best of luck to all the finalists and look forward to the awards later this year.”
The winners will be decided by public vote, with voting open until 5pm on 19th September at www.fenestrationawards.co.uk/vote.
